Good morning! This month's Blog Hop at Papertrey :
"There is always a lot of focus on Christmas in our industry this time of year, as that is what the majority
of the population celebrates. However, this month's blog hop is dedicated to those that celebrate winter
holidays other than Christmas. Create a project that celebrates Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or some other
winter holiday as we embrace everyone's beliefs in a celebration of diversity through paper crafting."
I wanted to make a Hanukkah card but don't have any Hanukkah stamps so I decided to try to make a menorah. I used my new Victorian Lace Border Die for the candle holder part. I trimmed it a bit here and there. I used circle punches for the base. I added some Martha Stewart micro beads and some glitter to make it sparkle. I used candles from The Cupcake collection and added stickles and Glossy accents. The base of the card is Blueberry Sky cardstock and a background paper from Pink Paislee. I added some silver ribbon and a pretty blue bow to finish it off. The sentiment is on the inside.
And thats it for this month's blog hop card! Have a great day!
